TeleSoftas is looking for a motivated and analytical Business Development Intern to join our Growth Department for a 3-month internship, focusing on Strategic Market Analysis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our business development and strategy teams, where you will engage in comprehensive market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities to support our strategic planning efforts. You will work directly with and report to the Chief Marketing Officer, providing you with a unique opportunity to gain invaluable insights and see your growth path within the company.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, emerging markets, and competitive dynamics
- Analyze data to uncover insights that will inform our business development strategies
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations for senior management
- Collaborate with various departments to align research findings with company goals and objectives
- Assist in developing strategic plans and identifying potential partnerships or market entry strategies
Requirements
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Familiarity with market research methods, including data analysis and competitive analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to have:
- Prior experience or coursework in business development, market research, or strategy
- Business level (or especially native level) proficiency in other languages: Lithuanian, German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, or French
