TeleSoftas is shaping a new design service for the eCommerce domain that focuses on improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction. We need a Sales Representative to build new connections and partnerships that match our value proposition, while nurturing existing partnerships. Finally, thorough customer feedback helps us shape an exceptional service experience that exceeds expectations.

Main responsibilities:
  • Generate new prospects by networking or reaching out to customers through cold leads
  • Understand customer needs
  • Gather feedback from won and lost customers to drive service improvements and shape business direction
  • Maintain client records, send invoices, track sales and status reports
  • Be able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the client’s needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • ~1 year of experience in sales
  • Strong sense of ownership. We have a lot of ground to cover, and we need a person who is not afraid to take responsibility
  • Strong English skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to build rapport with customers
  • Be keen on learning about our service at a basic level. You should know what are you selling
  • Team player. We believe in supporting each other. Together we can achieve big things
  • Strong presentation skills

For this position, we offer 1330 – 2315 €/month gross salary.
